In vielen Ausgaben des Chumasch finden wir einen Raschi-Kommentar, sowie eine Onkelos-Übersetzung die den Text nochmal durch ihre interpretative Übersetzung ins Aramäische ein wenig klarer macht. Demjenigen, dem der hebräische und der aramäische Text zugänglich ist, bietet das eine große Hilfe und ganz neue Einsichten in den Text. Während es für den Raschi-Text schon einige Übersetzungen gibt (wieder ist es der Artscroll-Verlag, der die beste Ausgabe erstellt hat), war man bei Onkelos wohl ein wenig ratlos. Nun ging aber Israel Drazin her und erstellte eine englische Übersetzung der Onkelos-Übersetzung. Was sich zunächst ein wenig wirr anhören mag ist jedoch ein sehr gelungenes Projekt: Die englische Übersetzung steht dem hebräischen Originaltext gegenüber, neben der Übersetzung findet man den Onkelos-Text. Damit man aber weiß, wo der Clou im Text ist, sind in der englischen Übersetzung die Abweichungen von Onkelos zu Originaltext fett gedruckt. Dazu gibt es einen vokalisierten Raschi-Text, einen Kommentar zur Übersetzung und Hinweise zu wichtigen Punkten. Das Layout erinnert dabei sehr stark an den Artscroll-Chumasch.
